I'm going to look at a dat tomorrow and i'm going in blind, no pics, no info, nothing (friend of a friend).i don't know too much about how much the different species are worth. any help so i don't get screwed if i decide to get this guy? thanks.

not sure where you from but here in MA east cost area i have seen the following price at LFS
IT ( Indo Tiger)
2-4" $35-$40
NTT (Norther Thailand Tiger) or Thin bar
2-4" $40-$45
7" $90
you wont see and wide bar ST..
NGT 2-4" $100 plus.
AT american Tiger 5" about $50
this is just at my area LFS would go for. it would give you some ideas how much it cost. im sure it less.

that is fair price...they dont need full brackish water..a little bit of salt is ok. i had AT as freshwater before and they do fine.
