Picked up a clean 4 bar classic 4 bar dat 100% stable about 10". Crazy thing is I've owned this fish before at 3" sold him to another member who is now getting out of the hobby so I bought the Dat back now at 10". I noticed when I got it back it only had one pelvic fin. I looked back at the old pics of it at 2-3" and wow he only had one pelvic fin which makes me believe he was born that way. Does that make it more/less valuable?

All depends on the person. If as a pet, likely not but for people who collect, it will detract. They look at the thickness of bars, height or the fish, how clean it is, whether or not the lines wrap around the bottom or not, etc. All add or detract to a collector

Perfection in base color, bars, finnage, body shape/proportions, etc. is the goal. Anything not up to par reduces dollar value. As a pet, all value is not measured in dollars.
