parents want me to donate muskie to my lfs. so there goes 6mons of planning down the drain. well i have a 20g and i wanted to now what size i should special order from my lfs, and what is a reasable price range for that size i want to last at least 1-3months in the 20g. filtration is a peguim 150 with a pagit of 17.63oz of fulu in it. and a rapids mini canster with 17.63oz of fulu. also what is the most stable dat or is it just the condition the fish is in.

If you get a Dat small enough, it will last longer then that. They grow very slow.

the stablity of Dats depends on the individual fish and the conditions it is in. However Indos are the most likely the be unstable, especially at smaller sizes.

The price can vary alot depending on size and species.

As far as the filtration, someone else will have to comment on if that is enough, as I am not familiar with those paticular brands.

ok thanks.

you needed to pick tigers yourself or you might just order all the black dark unstable ones

a nice stable tiger will jump at you in the tank saying im the one you want :D

ok so i should get a tiger whats tthe acull dat name or sci name :)

i was thinking of geting a 1"ers would a pegium 200 be too much(200gph i got it for 10x turn over rate). i had 50$ dollars to sped because my mom was so board.lol

I wouldnt worry about the species of dat it is, just as long as it has good color and you like it. I'm pretty sure you won't see any little widebars, just pay what your willing to spend on a dat. ;)
