dat with cloudy eye

my IT was stable but yesterday i noticed his color got darker and today notice hes getting cloudy eye my water is fine do water changes every week
hes eating just fine
what should i do?add aquarium salt? what else

water changes and keep the temp up...

depending on tank size and tankmates you may need to do more water changes a week...

My little 4" IT got cloudy eye when I first got it, but I kept the water clean and it went away on it's own. I didn't add salt or meds.
