Datnoid and Oscar?

Hi all....

Have anyone ever tried keeping same-sized dats and oscars together.. or is it a prescription for disaster??

I've done it, but it really depends on the individual fish involved. Generally I think most would say no, but it is doable.

been there done that its do able... i had 2 oscars and one dat in a 125 and they were cool

Same here...never had a problem.

My Oscar was MUCH larger than that dat too...never showed any aggression. I think you'll be fine with Os because they are more "gulpers" than "nippers".
