Datnoid clown loaches and fire eel bichirs...medication

I need to give the datnoids some medication for recovey on Finns like melafix jus worried that will harm the others.. also my ntt Datnoid looking skinny eating frozen but won't take pellets yet any suggestions?

I have used jungle lab with no ill effect. I have the same collection minus the fire eel.

Clown loaches can handle half dose melafix pretty well. It might not go so well with a bichir if it's young because of their gill formation. Melafix shouldn't be used with fish that breathe air because the oil can make it hard for them to breathe.
