not surprised. no biggie. People in Africa eat bichirs...People in SA eat payaras....people in Asia eat arowanas....
Only difference is that none of those fish you mentioned are nearly extinct in the wild.

i'm not in any way shape or form a datnoid expert. In that case it's sad. i'm sure people commonly eat datnoids. That was just my point. I was just hoping it was a more "common" species.

YUCK hahaha. In Australia ANY type of Datnoid goes for well over $1000 no matter what size.
