Its a good general guideline but its not definitive. But then again,
ID'ing Datnoids is more of an art than science nowadays.

To me , if a datnoid has great stripes, stable yellow color healthy and fat .. then i dont care if its a indo or widebar etc... i call it a NICE DAT...
