DAtnoid in trouble

My widebar datnoid around 4-5 inches has a cloudy eye on both signs. I know that is it a bad sign and also its eyes are popping out a little. Need help qiuck plz tell me what medicine i should get.

so , should I do a water change, the last waterchange was about 1 1/2 weeks ago 20%

test your water first that was just a thought of what it might be... i am sure someone else will pop in and give you a detailed treatment process

I prefer around 30% weekly with larger fish, there can be several causes of cloudy eye, as stated ammonia or nitrites can do it, if that is the cause good water will let it heal on it's own. If it is bacterial you need to keep up with the water changes, lowering the light level a little and giving a varied diet helpsprevent it by raising resistance but antibiotics such as amoxycillan or tetracycline can be used to treat it.
