I know I always say this datnoid is very shy and boring as hell, but it's truly an amazing fish when it shows off - at night (when no one's looking).

Anyways, Li is the man when it comes to datnoids. Thanks bro.

Included is a shot of my clown loaches. After some tank mishaps, the population finally rised up to over 20 again. I must've spent over $300 in the last 2 months just on them. Nice and fat.

There's also a shot of the fin filament on the pelvic fin. I don't know if this is exceptional but this datnoid has 3 extensions on each fin. Very cool.

There's also a out-of-focus shot of the datnoid, it would've turned out great..

These are taken at night, so excuse the bad photography.

bad photography... hahaha:ROFL: i dont think there is such a thing with that dat

so how big is this amazing dat m/l

I know, I should stop complaining or Li might kick my ass!

The fish is about 5", still a baby.

I love how the stripes (bars) are clean and smooth. Unlike the indo tigers, the bars are always jet black and very prominent even when the fish is in stress.

One thing that makes this fish so great is that the bars run all the way up to the dorsal spines. If you haven't noticed, most datnoids have bars that end just before it reaches up to the fin, which makes it look imcomplete.

Nice datnoid

I can't beleive you have spent $300 on clown loaches though.....

That is an awsome dat.
