Datnoid vs Pike?

Never kept the combo, but I know most Pike's can be very aggressive. People have kept them with Fronts with no problem.

I think the best answer is maybe. It would be heavily dependent on the individual personality of the pike and dat, and also the size of the tank.

Agree....Ive kept some pikes with my dats but they werent to big nor were they to small to get eaten. GL and just watch them together.

try it, I've commed an adult xingu1 male with dats.. and menezeze.. and a little bit of everything really.. It all comes down to the individual fish..

I DO NOT KEEP A PIKE, BUT I DO KEEP A 10" INDO WITH SOME 5-8" FRONTS AND THEY DO FIGHT A LOT, THE SMALLER FRONTS HAVE DAMAGED FINS FROM FIGHTING.
THEY LOOK GREAT TOGETHER THOUGH.
