datnoid with ich

just wondering do ppls datnoids get ich very often? cuz one of my dats got ich and all the other ones got it but all the other fishes are fine. im thinkin maybe dats just contract the disease easier?

I do not believe Datnoids contract disease easier, and this is one of the only times I actually heard of a Datnoid getting Ich. I suggest the usual treatment of raising the temperature a couple degrees and adding some aquarium salt (do not get marine salt as that will buffer your pH).

Check out your heater and see if it is keeping the temperature stable to help and prevent this from happening again.

ive been treating all my dats with ICH meds and now im not even sure if the dots on the body is play sand or is it ICH??? any way to tell?

My datnoids have never gotten it.

Does it seem to be getting worse??

Play sand wont really adhere istself to the fishes. Are they scratching themselves?

I have never heard of or seen any dats having ick. WOW! This is new!
