Large is not good unless it's drastic.
Try more frequent wc , say 25% every 2 days.
Depends wether it's bacterial damage or physical damage.
When I transport tigers in box, the often scratch up there eyes on the sides. This cloudy eye will go in 2 days.
If it's bacterial related, it takes much longer.
Don't over feed and keep water clean as possible.
