Datnoids in a planted tank?

Can it be done or will they dig it all up and rearrange the tank? Are there any reputable online stores for datnoids? I almost never see them at my LFS

I've seen them in planted tanks no problems. How big are they?

haven't purchased them yet! just wondering if its doable before i do it. i was doing some more research and found that some sites recommend having broad leaved plants with Dats so i would think that they would be great with them. Thanks for all the info guys

i've kept mine in a plastic planted tank before with no problems.. they might only uproot plants if they are hunting or chasing for live foods so if your feeding them frozen or prepared foods you won't have any problems

do datnoid prefer an air pump in the tank or do they dislike water currents?????
