Hello fellow fish keepers.
I have two problems that i am having.
First.
My dominate datnoid is not as colorful as the submissive ones, should i take one out to another tank and then powerfeed it? Theoretically, it should get bigger and become the dominate one? about 3"
Second
Another problem is that my peacock bass is not eating as much as they were. Any one experience this?
Another 3"

I have no experience with dats, but...
Dominance is not set in stone. Dominance can be lost or gained with any species. If one of your smaller dats started gaining more size(or a number of variables) it doesnt sound like a far stretch to say it could take a stab at becoming dominant. it does surprise me that the dominant one wouldnt try to stay dominant and you dont see aggression. 3" is still small for dats I believe and they are still young? Dominance isnt really established yet maybe?

come on, someone with experience with dats help this guy out. theres gotta be more ideas out there than just my speculation

Maybe if you posted it in the Datnoid forum, more Datnoid people would see it.
