Dats and clown loaches

Here are my 6 clown loaches and my dats. Tried to only get the stable dat though. Hes the one whose always stable 24.7.. I seriously suck at taking pictures they always run when the red light goes off before the flash.

mine run when they see the red light too lol - try covering it with some black tape....

The one that is unstable is looking a little red around the gills. Why?

They were kinda like that when i got them 3 weeks ago. The ones that are light have it and the ones that are stable and dark don't. Is it something I should be worried about? Because that guy is the dominant one chasing others around

Yes IMHO. It is something to worry about, especially if it's not going away. Other than add salt i wouldn't know what treatment, if any, to give.

Hmm okay any idea what the issue could be? I do water changes every 2 days. Will add salt tomorrow..
