DATs and fronts

I got a Dat today and put him in with my fronts, seems to be doing well

thanks, I worry if he will get enough to eat, it is kinda a feeding frenzy at mealtime. I feed my fronts super sinkers and NLS, I may have to mix in some frozen

does he get picked on by the other fish?

My 7" NGT is in with my 6 kigomas (2m/4f) and silver arowana. He shows no aggression to any other fish and vice versa. Give them lots of places to retreat to.

My dat eats pellets in the early morning (when the lights are off) and fronts eat in the evening. But as long as he's eating sometime, you should be ok.

How big is the DAT?

He is about 4 in. big enough that he doesnt get picked on. my fronts are 7-8 inches
