Day 1: dwarf hair grass

I planted some dwarf hair grass today. Any suggestions on how to make sure it is successful in my 20 gallon? I have been adding the recommended amount of CO2 booster but that is all I have done in effort to grow. A CO2 booster isn't an option for the tank considering size. I do have the tank well lit with an LED light bar. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

you need co2 if you want it spread out and carpet the entire floor of your tank.
if not it will most likely only grow taller without spreading. you can try dosing
with all the ferts and some root tabs..

root tabs will help a ton, plus it all depends on your lighting,, the lower (weaker) the lighting the taller your grass will grow.. the higher(stronger) the lighting the shorter and more carpet like growth you will get. when i had my planted tanks, my low light tank had dwarf hair grass grow over 6 inches tall but in my high tech tank it grew less than 2 inches tall and covered the whole tank
