During the daytime my 30 gal is a constant 84,every morning before i turn on the light,it's 82.Now i know this is because my lights raise the H2O temp 2 degrees, but is this harmfull on my fish?Would this actually be benificial, like re-creating night and day temp flucuations? In the wild the day temp is more than the night temp so maybe by me putting those two 75 watt incandesents on the tank was a good thig.I did it because it reminds me of the Metal-Halide over brightness of Coral and invertabrate tanks

And with my white sand,it's blinding, took the fish a while to get used to it but it's back to S.O.P. for them,I suggest incandesents to anyone without plants and i guarantte you'll like the extra light.
