Dead Azul

Came home today from work and checked out my tank first thing i see is one of my azuls belly up at the bottom of the tank. Ive had them for a week tomorrow and they have all been eating and doing very well (i thought) only thing I was changing was the water temp. I was slowly bringing the temp up from 81 . I tested the water everything is fine I just did a 30% water change and the water temp was 84. any ideas am i doing something wrong??

Just did the water change now after I got home and found it dead. The other 4 seem to be fine.

Treat them with prazi pro. Bump the temps to 86 add a lil salt.

No signs of fighting at all. Maybe it was still stressed out?? They are still alittle nervous when i stand next to the tank even when i feed them.
