Dead Black worms

Not really "poisonous" but they are extremely unhealthy. Always throw out blackworms that have turned "pinkish." Ones that just died are alright, not ideal, but won't hurt. But if they have turned colors, it means they have been dead for a little bit and definitely should not be fed to any fish.

A couple of them turned white but majority of them are still brown and moving. I was just concerned because my fish ate some of the dead white ones.

I wouldnt be too concerned, as long as its not a lot. You should be fine, my fire eel gets dead ones that I miss once and a while. Just be sure to rinse your blackworms out about once a day and they should keep for a while.

FYI, they won't die if you just set up a tank with gravel and keep them in there. I've had them breed profusely when conditions are right, and all I fed them was green water.
