So I just got my first batch of blackworms in a few days ago, I put them in a plastic container with water slightly covering them. Now it looks like most of them are dead as they have turned white. My question is, are they dead? and if so can I still feed these to my fish?

yes they are dead. no i would not use the white ones. i change the water every second day in my black worms, keeps them happy and stinky.
Keep them in the fridge if that what your not doing. They can't stand any warm temp. As from what I experience with feeding blackworms to my betta
