Doing a sound system install on a friends car and he asked my price, I told him I wanted some peacock bass from the LFS. I went up to go see how they were doing and it turns out ALL of them freaking died at the store :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: .

Super bummer dude. I've been piecing together stuff for a pool to keep them in and I have a 26 to start them in and a 75 to grow them out. I so want some and even have the wifey on the band wagon. I guess if they couldn't keep 2 inchers alive its a real eye opener as to how tough they are when they are small.

The store owner said he will order more when larger ones are available. Maybe he will S/O some if I really want a few. Bless you guys who have and can handle these beasts.

The wife likes azuls and kels, and I really like the ones that get that radioactive green. Which ones get the brightest green with the red fins? Spots don't really make a difference but I prefer the ones with stripes. Any suggestions?

Get em from a vendor on here. Snookn21 has some wc kels on aquabid now for 60ea which is dirt cheap! He is also a very trust worthy seller.

mark at discus origins always has a great selection..
