Dead Filter

I was just wondering if my Rope Fish and 2x bichirs would be fine with no oxygen being pumped in the tank for say 10 hours? My filter has killed out and I have no air pump.

In 10 hours I'd say they are safe.

I think my earlier statement was not well explained
Benifical bacteria would be wipe out if they are in stale water for 10 hours.
Hence the concern of ammonia and nitrite spike as the tank would undergo a mini cycle
