Dead Leo pup

Nothing new, this pup died a month ago and it's mother was the murderer(scarey eh?) Just thought I'd like to share this pic.
The female Leo which killed this pup is now prego again, hope she shows some care for her young this time.

That sucks. I read an article on Potamotrygon and it stated that they were the only elasmobranch that exhibited some parental care. How true that is, who knows....

Maybe the mum feel very hungry after gave birth, no food around, end up chewed her own pup. Just my wild guess.
