Yesterday one of my NTTs were laying backwards, but when I approached my tank he flipped back over like normal. This morning I woke up to find him dead. I dont know what's wrong. All my other guys are still eating, and are fine.

water parameters? maybe high nitrates? did its mouth open wide when it died? any redness around the body, esp. the gills? how big was it? some details may allow others to help

Ok well my water is fine. I got it checked today at my LFS, and they said it was normal. No he didnt die with his mouth open, nor was he red anywhere. Just very pale and the stripes were very light. He was 3.5 inches.
maybe its called a sudden death syndrome? I've heard lots of people mentioned this issue with the NTT.
