i woke up this morning and my ornate was on the bottom of the tank upside down. i really don't know what happened...he shows no signs of injuries, no infections. i don't see anything wrong with him. he doesn't look like he had bloat. yesterday he was swimming around [last night] and he ate a bunch of bloodworms.. his mouth was open when i found him.... my water quality is fine: zero, zero, and close to zero. i thought he could be paralyzed at first because i have the two puffers in there that i'm trying to find a home for, but there is nothing wrong with the puffers.... i loved him, and i'll miss him. i'm very sad that he's gone...he was my fiance's fish and i was supposed to take care of him....

dang... not a good week for bichirs. ben lost an albino sen and del yesterday, i also lost my senegal yesterday... and now you two. bummer.
