Dead Pleco

i have a 3 inch pleco that i have had for at least four months now, but today i found him stiff dead on the bottom with a greenish looking belly. I would like to know if something happened that could endanger the rest of my fish

was it a common pleco? if so what did you feed him from a day to day basis?

Also what fishes were you keeping it with?

Any pics, it would be easier to determine what it was if we seen.

its a common one, and i have been feeding it algae walfers like every three days...there are currently a couple of gourami and a peacock eel and a bull catfish

First thing I would do is check the water parameters and see if it is a water quality issue. Does it have any visual damage?
