Dead Regani :(

I've had 3 Regani in a 29 gallon for over three years now, and I just found one darting/floating around belly up. His gills kind of seemed stuck open, not gasping or anything like that. All three were just fine and ate fine earlier today, and there has never been a problem in the tank. The other two appear normal. Any ideas?

depands on sex ratio.i have trio of C.regani myself,1 male & 2 females.i had to separate one of females,because not only male but female was picking on her too.turn out they spawned after and i sold single female later. btw it happend after 2 years i had them.

what was your sex ratio ? also i had mine in 52 ImpGals(240 L).maybe tank is too small.

Sorry for your lost.very rare fish in UK.

I had 3 males, and surprisingly, they never fought. The fish was intact when I found him almost dead.
