hi just wondering how long dead rock takes to become live again it will be 10 kg's in a 200l tank with 6/7kg's of live rock with 9200 lph of flow

Well it depends if you have some cured live rock in the tank to seed it. It could take up to a year or more to get "live" again, and that's in a well established tank.

yes there is about 7 kg's of live rock in the tank

Estimate / average about 6 - 8 months to be able to act as filtration..

it will be live in 2 weeks or so if seeded. live just refers to nitrifying bacteria.

You could add Bio-Spira to the system.

well you just have to be patient with the zoo-plankton and other organism's to grow and take root in the rock and you'll be fine just be patient with it no need to rush that is when mistake's can happen in your tank and ruin all your hard work.
