Dead Xanto

I just found my 6" Xanto pleco dead . Damn it .

since last november. The coolest pleco I ever kept.

had alot of bad situations with xanto too...
One min they are eating happily...nxt min...they got stress for dunno wat reason and starve themselves.

the fish was a flimsy eater from day one ....he was only eating bloodworms. And he stopped eating for the last few days.
It had 5 dats, a tigrinus and a flagtail as tankmates. None of them were directly aggressive toward the Xanto, but looking back that doesn't mean they weren't stressing him (just an assumption). If I'll ever get another one, I'll make sure that it gets its own tank or is part of a peaceful community .
I am curious to hear input from other xanto owners .
