DEAL OF THE CENTURY FOR ME!!!

Just picked up this 400 gallon with complete plumbing and wet/dry for $500!!!

Apparently, it was a homeade tank by a biology professor years ago and the guy who had it didn't want to reseal it so he sold it to me.

I am MORE THAN happy with the deal I got! The plumbing and wet/dry alone would be well over 1k. The 1 picture of the PVC inlet tube is a 3" inlet with water flowing through and over the top of the tube down into the sump.

You have to see it in person to appreciate the craftsmanship that went into this. It is amazing and I could never imagine building something like this from scratch.

If all goes well, I will be buying a 500 gallon at the end of the month for $800.00 so I'll keep you guys posted.

I'm in Central Florida fellas. That's what's so amazing! There are really NEVER any deals here.

I am going to have a hard time sleeping tonight thinking about getting my boys in there!!

I haven't decided on the exact mix I'm putting in yet because I have 11 tanks running but I am definitely putting in 1 of each the following:

Female Jag
JD
Midas
RD
Tilapia
CK
Green Texas
FH
Peacock Bass
2 Pike

I will see how much room that will give me but I am planning on filling my 500 that's coming with my other fish.

I forget the measurments from this morning but I know the footprint is high and long vs short and wide. Ideal for my fish but not so great for Rays or long bodied fish...
