My lfs is selling foot long L25 (Scarlet Pleco) for $800 each

worth it to buy?

If you have to ask, then it's most likely out of your range. They are rare but 800 is def. high but all LFS are twice as high because they have overhead. Very nice l25's

Yes for 7 pointers, but don't rush in. With the band lifted they may drop lower once the pent up demand for the last few years is satisfied.

These seem to be a decent size 6-7" SL? Can you tell if one is a female? And what's the $ conversion from Canadian to US (or is this $800 US)? If you're looking for a breeding female, it may be worth it. (In the middle pic, theres an individual where you can only see the tail fin- nice streamers).

see if you could get it for like 6 1/2 800 is high for anything to me im moderately poor lol.they should do it....real beauties and yeah if you do get that long streamer one.

Those guys are huge! If you guys are looking for a smaller L25 scarlet, we have them for $229 each, 2-3 inches.
4 inch ones will be coming in next week or so!

As far as i know its a reasonable price
