I'm gonna try to hang around the Crenicichla forum more than I have been lately. I have not been able to keep any Creni lately so I have kinda been off my game. I forgot how much I truly love these fish. Unfortunately I will not be able to keep any for a long time but eventually when I can I want to be sure I know exactly what I want. Sorry to neglect this forum. It has been ages since I have shown my avatar here and I think its time I spent more time in here. Again, I am not up to speed on these fish anymore. When I left off I was trying to figure out locallity, so be patient with me and ALL help and criticism is welcome.

Much love Creni-Bretheren.

CS.

I'm a crenicichla fiend for sure, but ihad to down size alot due to tank size. I have been through 10 and have two left

I am stuck with a 5g. I had a puffer in the first 5g, but died due to stress because the tank cracked and I had to move him into a 5g bucket for a few days. I wish Compressiceps or Regani could live comfortably in a 5g.

Ouch, a 5gal tank? I think I would go into withdrawls with a tank that small man. You just gotta get a bigger tank! 20gals don't take up that much room!!!! LoL!!

Twill be good to have your spicy mug around here more often. We need to get a lot of the old timers back. A lot have ventured off for various reasons.

Keep it up man, and keep the passion alive. Just cuz you don't have any Crenicichla doesn't make you any less of a Crenicichlaholic. Its all about your love, passion, and desire to share them with others. ;)

VIVA LA CRENICICHLA! :D

Ever since my sveni died, I have been bummed. I have way "better" fish, but I was in love with my sveni. It has been almost a year, and it still feels the same. I can't find a sveni now to save my life.....Oh,good to see you bro...lol

I find irony in that considering they are one of the most common Saxatilis pikes! Gotta love Washington though eh? Perhaps you should venture over to City Zoo in Walla Walla. I got them to order me in some lents once. ;) So I'm sure they could handle a sveni! :D

if u can keep a 5g. you can definitely keep a 20g. i think you can definitely keep a dwarf pike in a 20 long.

just do it as nike says

Yup, you can order some dwarfs from Grey (Wetspotcx on aquabid) right now. He has sp. cff. notophthalmus, and wallacei !!! You could keep a pair in a 20gal. Would be dope! ;)
