Trying to give some specials before the New year, as the builders will be upping their prices.

Prices include glass tops and are scheduled to be available for pickup January 5th or 6th in Lakewood, CA 90712

Specials are on these standard sizes only...I would include custom sizes but as mentioned, builders are upping prices so I don't know what the prices will be yet on custom work.

Could 2 people lift a 180 gallon? Lol, probably not but do you know the weight on the 6'x2'x2' ?
Hey Casper,

It is possible for 2 people to lift. I'm sure you remember my build...not very big, but I normally lift these up to a van or truck with only one other person.

Of course, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to walk very far, but to answer your question, yes, 2 normal sized people can lift for a short period efficient.

The tank without braces weighs approximately 294.8 lbs

Here is a link to my formula: http://www.anver.com/document/vacuum lifters/glass_plate_guide.htm

1/2" glass is what we're dealing with (6.7 lbs per sq ft).

Thanks,
Charlie

Nice,

Thanks for the quick feedback Charlie. Strongly considering one right now, guess I have till tomorrow so I can do some measurements and more considering before then!
