dechlorinator smell

I have had this dechloronator (spelling...) called Prime and it smells really bad!!!!Is this a problem?I haven't put it in my aquarium yet.

no problem... very strong sulfur smell is normal

It actually says on the bottom back of the label that a sulfur smell is perfectly normal.
Give it a second look.
