i have a bottle of the stuff that i use ,, i am half way into it and its suddenly got thick and goey ,, has it gone off or should i have been shaking the bottle??

it dont say shake bottle on the instructions ,,

i think i will chuck it anyway as it may be that the concentrate is thick at the bottom , that would throw out any dose measurements

I've never experienced that. I would also chuck it. what brand was it?

I'd throw it out. Next time, shake the product well before using each time.

Also, I woud recommend getting more than just a "dechlorinator". Water conditioners remove chlorine/chloramine and also remove heavy and toxic metals from water.

Even on bottles that do not specifically say to "shake well before use", I llike to give it a good few quick shakes - just to make sure i'm getting the whole product.
