I'm thinking about getting an umbee and I was leaning towards the gorillus blue umbee. Maybe a rio mag not quite sure what to get. Pictures would help and any advice!

They are all great. For me my favorite are the Rio Mags. I've had both variants of gorillus as well and the personality and activity level of the rio mag won me over. But those are things that vary fish to fish. All the variants are stunning and all get big and nasty. My advice is just choose the one that you yourself prefer the look of.

While I like the gorillus blues, I'm a rio mag guy myself as well. They are all nice fish, though! I know Dan of COA has some nice, large gorillus blacks!
