i've been looking for a new tank recently and i've come down to two options to upgrade for my current fish. i'd prefer to keep everyone that i currently have, get rid of the syno cat and pick up a green terror. the reason i can't go bigger now is that im in an apartment and i plan on moving in a year or so when i graduate college and will then be getting a monster tank(mainly for the dats). the severums have spawned and im expecting them to do it again, so im leaning towards the separate tanks so they leave the other tankmates alone.

Option A) Keep the 55g setup for half the stock, probably the datnoids and bichirs, and get a 75g or 90g for my severums, pleco, and possibly the GT.
Option B) Getting a one ~120g tank for everyone. im limited b/c im on the second floor and don't want anything larger than a 135g. i'm contemplating a 135, 72x18x25, a 125wide, 72x24x17, or a 120g, 48x24x25.

which would you go with, and if option B, what size tank?

my stock includes, 2 6" severums, 3 3" datnoids, 1 3" pleco, and 2 4" bichirs(still in their grow out tank)

Your dats, etc. will need larger tanks but grow slowly. When are you moving? If its within the next 6 months, just keep what youve got then get like a 180 after the move.

i wont be moving for 1+ year. im in school for one more year then i will be moving most likely after that. i understand the dats will need a much larger tank, but i have time with them and by the time the need a bigger tank i will be able to provide for them
