[h=2]decisions decisions !![/h]
Hi everybody !! new here so ill start by saying hi ! right down to the nitty gritty ! ive just had delivered my new tank its 6' 6" long x 2' x 2' 750ltr by far the biggest tank ive ever had ! the tanks bare so im looking for advise on heaters , filtration and your opinion on what type of beast i should home in this tank !! ANY ADVISE OR OPINION IS GREATLY RECEIVED !!

thats approximatly 200 gallons?.....I would do a sump(or if you want to save big$)... 2ac110s and 2-3 big sponge filters.... heater approx. 400-500 total watts...fish....DOVI or a community of med cichlids(tex - jd size...):popcorn:

ive just google imaged a govi what a gorgeous fish ! have you ever owned one of these ? whats their temperament / personality like? i was thinking of an Oscar as a friend of mine in australia has one and i love how active they are!

a dovii is the meanest cichlid that you can get... oscars are much less aggressive

YES they are awsome fish! but in a 200 gallon would prob need to be solo(they get BIG... AND AGGRESSIVE).... if you like oscars a community setting could be NICE maybe a severum or 2.... and a green terror or jack dempsey....there are LOTS OF OPTIONS ...keep that DOVI in mind though ... you can prob. put a big cat or pleco with him:)... just unlikly that a cichlid would work....

how many can you have together ? and being aggressive im a guessing you would put much else with them !! oh you were right about the 200 gallon thing its just shy at about 197 gallons , im struggling to find the ac110 do you have a link to them or know of any website i can view them ?

aqua clear 110... the rolls royce of hob filters!! add a couple of sponge filters to the mix... you can run these on powerheads OR air pumps (and they are cheap!) and they are GREAT bio- filters...
