Decisions on fish

I've ben waiting to add a schooling fish to my tank. Been pretty strong on waiting for cardinal tetra. But can't seem to find any around my area.

So my debate comes down to waiting and ordering cardinal tetra or going with the more locally found green tetra in the area.

Fyi the tank is 55gal planted with only a small jack Dempsey and a few corys.

I've ordered 30 shirmp off aquatic arts, and I've been quite satisfied with my order. They have a good selection of shrimp and nano fish, and they have cheap Cardinal Tetras. If you order 12, they're only $3 each.

Your JD may eat tetras as it grows.I would get bigger tetras or re home the JD.
