Decline in demand of already grown out Orino?

how come bigger orino's demand seems to have dropped to 0 ?
i understand that a lot of people are growing some out but those fastest growers r prolly only at 7-8" rite now? Doesnt anyone want instant gratification anymore? what happen to those people that r looking for orino that r too lazy to growout
 
i would think its just whats out there in the vendor market right now. If the larger ones did exist vendors would pick them up i would think. not sure though. most possible supply though.
 
I'm still looking for a nice large orino! It's just with larger cichla, I'm a bit more picky since their potential should already be showing.

I don't think others realize how long it'll take to grow orinos from 2" to 7" and since the smaller readily available, they're jumping on those.

I'm about to give up on my smaller guys cuz it's taking FOREVER and a half.

hmmm mine had been sitting in marketplace for over a month ^^;;

is it just because the fact the its just more money, and the economy ........

but ya, people say peacocks grow fast , but still, it'll take many months to get it to big size ...

Yeah, we're living in tough times. People are struggling to sell azuls and kelberi so it's even tougher for orinos.

I did see your 13"! He looks amazing but at that size, he'd terrorize my tank :( it's also very similiar to the one I have right now and I'm looking for something different. Good luck on the sale though!
 
haha vince just wait for all these guys to see how long it takes to get an orino to 13". then theyll come knocking :) and not too many pbass freaks in norcal

that's what I did when I saw my orino at the LFS. I HAD to have it. My gf said I was jumping up and down and it was apparent how much I wanted it, so there was no chance in bargaining the price :ROFL:
