Are there grey market 307 and 407's in the US market ? I recently saw several Facebook Marketplace ads where a new unit can be purchased for as little as 100-125 dollars. Most likely no warranty since the sellers are not retailers.

I'd be very suspicious of any facebook marketplace ads, especially if they're that much less than you can get them off someplace like Aliexpress.
