I have a 40B that I was setting up that I got for free used. It has a heavy scratch on the side panel that I didn't notice till I had it half filled, you could feel it and you could fit the edge of your fingernail in it and I was thinking that with ~400lbs of water that it could possibly compromise the tank (trying to side with caution). Would windsheild crack repair resin possibly fix it so that I don't have to worry about it spreading and becoming more than a heavy scratch or should I just get another tank?
