Hey Everybody,

You guys probably seen this vid, but I'm always amazed on how healthy this guy's tank is. The fish look all happy as if they were in the ocean. Then again maybe the clown is so big he ignore's the little fish? How could this be?

Also this is random just curious, can a full grown clown trigger live in a 72 gallon bow front tank? The dimension's are 4 feet by up to 18 inch and like 25 inches high.

I'm not going to get it, but just curious.

nope, i would say min 8' long tank, as they get almost 2' long themselves. So something between 300 and 500... though i'm sure others would disagree, i just like more swim room for the big guys.

Suprised me as well,, there's a shoo by me that specializes in big clowns,, and man they look aggressive , maybe he's lucky... But maybe it will go nuts one day and kill all it's tank mates, who knows

..I would like to see a vid of that lol :)

Also yeah I figured, because the lfs by me is seeling a 72 gallon bow front likt the one I have with lights, sump, skimmer, over flow, plumbing supplies...for like $450 and installation for $70!!!

These aren't cheap equipment, the fixture is 4 bulbs with internal fans, skimmer is from red sea i think...looks brand new!

Also Kevin in the future I guess with a 300 gallon tank I might get one ;)....by future I mean 10 more years lol at least i didn't buy it on impulse.

Nice, but not needed...so generally agreed. You can get one to full size in a sparse 120g...

This is true, mostly because they arent super active fish, but if I was going to get one fish that big for my tanks I would be getting more then one big fish, lol so 120 would get rather tight. But over all I would still preffer something over 200 for one.

Lmfao would be! If I can talk my parents into it...any benefits with having a larger tank then my
70 gallon tank?

Benefits help persuade my parents lol

More stable, therefore less likely to have fish die... more interesting fish can be added... bigger is better... LOL generally there is just more costs... the only benifit is better stability and more interesting fish as I said (less worry about size) so be creative when trying to persuade LOL.
