Hi guys. Spotted this lapradei that I really like for its color contrast, but it's a real pity that one of its fin seems deformed. Its left fin is shorter and smaller than its right fin, but I'm not sure whether it's a birth defect or it has been bitten into its current condition. Any advices?

Not sure what advice you need.
If it's a natural defect, it won't grow back.
If it's recovering from being bitten off, then it may or may not grow back completely.
Laps are usually pretty easy to find, if you are not completely happy with it, wait for another.

i have a congicus with the same problem, got it at 12'' now its 18''+ and the fin is still the same.
