my 2nd longfin senegal jumped into da overflow box while i was at school =( i feel unlucky now iv lost 3 bichirs in a week

its practically impossible for it to jump thru =( the tank is covered it didnt jump out but into the overflow

yea,my theory is that it was breathing then sumthing (gar,bichir) bumped into it and freaked it out

My guess is there is something in the tank terrorizing your fish. Keep a close eye on your fish. Please add something in your tank for your bichirs to hide. Bichirs are not aggressive like gars and aros. They cannot defend themselves against bigger fish.

the bichir is 1 the biggest in da tank besides a 13" gar that isnt agressive
