They're looking nice and thick. What do you feed them?

Quite a variety but I would say their main food is Nls thera A. Also tubifex worms, earth worms, silversides, other random dry foods fed to the cichlids in the tank.

nice looking pair! hmm with the earth worms, do you just drop them in or is there some chopping involved?

I usually cut them up to make sure everyone gets some, they will eat them whole though.
