I have a 135 going that been up for awhile, use roo be community fish, but my brother took all the fish. So I have a well established tank...

Would a delhezi bichir and a oscar work ol together , they would both be young?
As well as a pictus catfish? Or what other fish could i put in with them two if the delhezi bichir and Oscar work?

The bichir and Oscar should work. Check out KGTropical's John. He has a massive tank with Oscars, Severums, and Bichirs (maybe a pleco as well).

I had a full-grown pictus for many months, and while it was fast and beautiful, it would be better off with some medium to small-sized fish. What I mean is, I think it is too small to put with what you want. Also, I think the constant back and forth and movement would bother the Oscar and Bichir.

To be honest, in the 135, I think you would be better off with just the Oscar since the Oscar is large, but you could push it if you want to. I wouldn't do more than that, though, so no catfish.

So no delhezi bichir just the Oscar or just them 2? I wouldn't do a catfish then, I didn't think of that fast movement would both the birch , good point.
Let's say I didn't go the Oscar route, what others woukd work best or better with the delhezi bichir
Maybe go a biotype kidna route ? Not sure what fish could go with him

Maybe some Leopard Bushfish, Congo Tetras or Elephant Nose fish. Also maybe a Brown Knifefish.

Ohh I like those options! How many of each would you suggest?

Congos, 6 or more. Bushfish, I would go with one unless there is a pair. I had a pair for a little while, and they got along nicely. The Knifefish, I would also say one but then again I don't know anything about those lol.
