Delhezi Question

Hey guys, I picked up a delhezi bichir about 1-2 weeks ago I guess at about 3". I don't have any pics at the moment (will take some after I get back from christmas) but he has some really really nice dark markings that are pretty thick. Do Delhezi's patterns tend to change in proportions significantly as they grow? or will they stay pretty consistent throughout their life cycle? I'm really hoping this guy keeps his thick black stripes cuz he looks really really good

they'll stay the same. The only thing that could chance is their base color as they adapt with the environment. Some CB del here would turn green as they grow.

if you really like dark markings you can lighten the in between on a white sand. i believe this works no actual proof just what i have beeen told
